If you’re planning a little family getaway to Elyu, you might want to consider Aureo La Union.
We had such a lovely stay here! The resort is spacious, with plenty of areas to explore and enjoy. There’s a lot of guests around, which gives you an idea of how popular this place is among travelers visiting La Union.
One thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast buffet. They had a nice selection of food, and having a slow breakfast together by the beach was such a lovely way to start our day.
As for Daddy, he really enjoyed their massage. He said it was so relaxing! Just make sure to reserve in advance if you’re planning to get one. Another plus is that it’s only around 12 minutes away from SM City La Union, which is convenient if you need to grab a few things.
Overall, we had a really good stay. Good food, a relaxing atmosphere, and time well spent with my little family. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again!
A little reminder for those planning to book: make sure to visit Aureo La Union’s official Facebook page for booking inquiries and reservations. https://www.facebook.com/AureoLaUnion
Also, be careful of fake pages pretending to be Aureo and offering deals that seem too good to be true. Always double-check the page before sending any payment. Better to be extra careful than risk your hard-earned vacation money
Here are some of our little postcards from the resort. Hope you enjoy them!
01. Breakfast Buffet & Morning by the Beach
Slow mornings are always a favorite, especially with good food and a beautiful beach view. We started our day with Aureo’s breakfast buffet, followed by a little paaraw by the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cool breeze during the first week of March, making our morning by the shore even more refreshing. Just sunshine, fresh air, and time together. A lovely way to start our day in Elyu.
Just a little tip for those planning to stay: breakfast is on a first-come, first-served basis. Since the resort usually has a lot of guests, it’s better to come early to avoid the crowd and enjoy your breakfast.

02. Sunset by the Beach | Little Moments Together
One of the best parts of our stay was watching the sunset by the beach. It was lovely seeing other guests gather along the shore to enjoy the view, too. Bebu enjoyed playing in the sand, I had my little journaling setup and some me time, and Daddy was busy exploring our camera and capturing little moments along the way. Everyone had their own little way of enjoying the moment, and somehow, that’s what made it even more special. Golden skies, sandy feet, and little memories to keep.

03. Room, Pool & Little Resort Moments.
From the moment we arrived, we already loved the place. The lobby was spacious, with really nice interiors that gave us a good first impression of the resort.
As for our room, it was really nice! We booked a Superior Room for ₱8,500 per night, and it didn’t disappoint. From the toiletries and bathroom to the bed and overall room space, everything was comfortable and just what we needed for our family stay. We really loved it!
The resort itself was quite big, and there was still so much we didn’t get to explore because of our short stay. On our last day, Bebu and Daddy enjoyed the infinity pool while I stayed nearby to keep her company. We wished we had more time to explore the whole place, but even with just a short stay, we really enjoyed our time here.
Looks like we’ll have another reason to come back to Aureo next time! 🤎
